Once someone opens it, it stays open for 15 minutes, then closes and can be opened again.
Every player within 1800 units of it when it opens gets the personal rewards.
Its loot never passes to other players, even when the player it dropped for walks away.
When a chest gives a rune, every entry in its set, rarity, star and piece lists has the same chance.
