What the video covers

• A solo kill of Aelwynor The Wildroot Father at level III of Return to the Forest Throne, with a Fire build. The video has no voice-over and runs the game in Korean. The uploader's description lists the boss's attack patterns in order; this guide puts them in English. Timestamps are given only where the footage clearly shows the attack. 0:00
• From the description: when the fight starts, the boss calls 2 Forest Hearts. Breaking them quickly makes the boss collapse at once, and a collapsed boss is your window to deal damage.
• The description also names a root attack: the boss swings its head and sends a wide wave of roots across the arena from the left and right, running the opposite way. It comes in three versions: left then left, left then right, and right then right.
• Around 60% health, the description says, it calls wolves and dryads, then 3 Forest Hearts straight after. From then on a new heart appears every 6 seconds, and 3 more come after each collapse.
• When the magic circle above its head turns round, the description says, it does a short purple fan attack in front of it.
• At about 30% health it calls wolves, treants and dryads. Kill the others first and leave the treants, which have a lot of health, for last. After that wave, 4 Forest Hearts appear.
• The uploader's advice: the camera makes the arena hard to read, so stay toward the bottom to see attacks coming. Right after an add wave there is a stretch where the boss takes no damage at all.
• The game code (a copy from version 0.107.7689, older than this video) splits the fight into three phases, starting at 80% and 40% health. A solo player faces 2 Forest Hearts, plus 1 in the second phase and 2 in the third. That fits the 2, 3 and 4 hearts in the description.
• The boss fires projectiles in a fan. The description says this one comes after a roar. 0:21
