Hitting an enemy with a Ranged Final Attack, Aimed Shot, or Weapon Swap crossbow bolt consumes 5 Poison from the target to create a toxic burst, dealing Decay Damage to nearby enemies. This can only occur if the target has at least 5 Poison. This effect has a 2-second cooldown.
