Plague Shards becomes a channel spell. Hold to continuously fire jagged plague shards in a narrow spread, dealing Decay Damage every 0.5 seconds to enemies hit. Plague Shards no longer fires an initial burst. Plague Shards' base cooldown becomes 3 seconds.
