What the video covers

• The Elf Shadow start passive, Night's Whisper (Night's Whisper), gives 2.5 extra stamina per point of Agility. The creator put every point into Agility and then could not learn Frozen Strike, which also needs Memory, Adventure and Energy. Check a spell's needs before you spend attribute points. 0:57
• A spellbook tooltip lists the attributes it needs and five costs: concentration, stamina, cooldown, book weight and gold. Frozen Strike costs 8 concentration and 15 stamina and has a 3 second cooldown. Our game files give the same numbers. 1:55
• Physical spells cost stamina and magic spells cost concentration. A spell that deals both kinds of damage, like Frozen Strike, costs both. 2:30
• Backstep Strike deals only thrust damage and costs only 5 stamina. Plague Shards deals decay damage and costs only concentration. 7:33
• Backstep Strike grants Temporal Surge. The codex says each stack gives 1% movement speed, up to 10 stacks. 5:00
• Echoes Of Mutilation turns up to 10 Temporal Surge into Double Strike. Each Double Strike stack makes one swing hit twice. 5:26
• The codex page Stacking Effects lists every buff and debuff that stacks, such as Bleeding, Burning and Chill. The creator uses it to find combinations like the one above. 6:02
• Node texts that say Perfect Vanish mean a perfect parry with Vanish. Surging Vanish gives 5 Temporal Surge on one. The Minotaur tree calls its parry Retaliation. 6:32
• Spellbooks come from the skill tree, from the NPCs Rahaner and Tamsin (they sell more as you finish their quests), and from spellbook markers on the map. 8:13
• The icons next to each spell give its category: damage, damage with an effect, class or race. Backstep Strike is an Elf race spell, so the Elf nodes in the tree make it stronger. 8:42
• The video shows Elvish Velocity (+15% movement) and Focused Assault (+15% attack damage), and says Accelerated Casting gives both. The game files give that last node +15% movement speed and +15% attack speed for 3 seconds, so it is attack speed, not attack damage. 9:09
• The codex page Equipment Sets shows each set's bonuses and the enemies that drop it, so you can farm one set on purpose. Convergence drops from Dryads and the Wildwood Wolf. Our data also lists Treants and Rotting Treants for it. 10:28
• A second character can join the same world and wear set pieces the first one left in chests. The creator's new Human mage wore a full Convergence set farmed earlier by the Elf Shadow. 10:54
