This page sums up Dimraeth: 10 Things the Game DOESN’T Tell You! by Gaming Plus TV. Each line links to the moment in the video it comes from.

What the video covers

  • Stamina pays for attacks, dodges, blocks and parries. Keep some in reserve instead of spending it all to finish an enemy, so you can still react to a counterattack. 0:47
  • Concentration comes back as you fight. Hits you land restore it, so basic attacks feed your spells. The game files have two stats for this: Concentration on Hit, and Concentration Regen, which raises the amount each hit gives back. 1:32
  • Race and class together set how a character fights. There are three playable races (Minotaur, Elf, Human) and three classes (Shadow, Magician, Brawler). 2:10
  • Attributes cost XP, and the price depends on your race and class. The game files take the average of the race cost and the class cost, and it also rises with your level. The level cap is 25, so buy a point only when the build needs it, for example a spell requirement. 2:54
  • You can equip five spells. Besides the skill tree, spells come from spellbooks, which you get from crafting, quests and the stronghold. That means some materials open new build options. Pick spells that work together. 3:34
  • You can try ingredient combinations in the crafting window. A combination that matches a recipe makes the item and teaches you the recipe. The crafting codex also marks ingredients that still belong to recipes you have not found. 4:34
  • Cooked food gives percentage buffs for 30 minutes on top of Nourishment. In the game files, for example, Cooked Beast Meat gives 10% max Health, and Bellflower Soup gives 10% max Health and 25% Ether Resistance. Only one food buff is active at a time, so the creator picks a meal for the fight ahead. 5:10
  • The stronghold (farms, quarries, stations, storage) cuts down the materials you have to gather in the field, and investing in allies adds inventory, crafting services and farming options. 5:55
  • The creator says world difficulty cannot be changed after the world is created, so choose it with care. 6:52
  • In co-op your character (level, gear, inventory, spells) moves between worlds. Story progress, recruited allies and buildings stay in the world they were made in, so pick one world to hold the group's story and stronghold. 7:20
