This page sums up Dimraeth's Most Overpowered Frost Build (Infinite AoE Chill) by MediocreDad-G. Each line links to the moment in the video it comes from.
What the video covers
- This is a Chill build on Echo Weaver. Area spells spread Chill over the pack, then one big hit spends it. 0:16
- Get
Blizzard early. It deals ice damage and applies Chill every second. 0:34 - Most points go to spell haste, damage against Chilled enemies and a higher Chill cap, so you apply Chill more often and stack it higher. 0:52
Frost Glide is the escape: you dash through enemies, chill them and slip past attacks. The extra charge node lets you glide twice. 1:09
Frost Javelin finishes bosses. It consumes up to 10 Chill on the target for 4% extra damage per stack, and Splitting Javelin also hits whatever stands behind a big monster. 2:03- The creator is level 20 with 43 skill points spent and says they don't know the meta yet. 2:14

Notes from the video
- The creator picks a main and a second attribute: Intelligence first, Memory second, plus a few points in Energy for dashing, blocking and countering. At level 20 the trainer shows Intelligence 30, Memory 18 and Energy 10. 3:03
- The screen shows 43 points spent and none left at level 20. Level 20 gives 38 points, so we count 5 boss bonus points. The video does not say this; the planner link uses level 20 with 5 bonus points. 2:14
- The video never names the race. We read it as Elf from what is on screen: the Critical Chance vs. Chilled nodes sit where only the Elf and Minotaur Magician trees have them, and Strength 4 is below the Minotaur start of 6. The hovered node Echoed Focus is also an Elf node. 3:05
Frostbinder adds 4 spell haste and 2 maximum Chill. Each
Max Chill Increase node adds 1 more to the cap. 0:58
Cold-Scaled Power gives bonus magic damage equal to the Chill on the enemy, for 5 seconds after you apply Chill. 2:30
Pursuing Blizzard makes Blizzard chase the nearest enemy, but its radius and damage drop by 20%. 4:48
Frost Glide Extra Charge gives Frost Glide a second charge. Its tooltip says each glide then deals 30% less damage. 1:33- At level 20 the trainer's Statistics panel shows 205 Health, 120.5 Concentration, 94 Stamina, 42 Magic Power, 12 Physical Power, 1.03 Attack Speed, 14.6 Armor and 0 Resistance. 3:16
Not shown in the video
The video does not show these, so this guide leaves them out.
- The gear and sets. The creator talks about gear but never opens the inventory or the character screen.
- The spell bar. The webcam covers the HUD during the fights, so the fourth and fifth spells are unknown.
- Which pet the build uses. No pet window is opened.
- The order the points were spent while levelling.
