This page sums up I Tried a SPIN 2 WIN Build in Dimraeth by Talkative Tri. Each line links to the moment in the video it comes from.
What the video covers
- A first character: a Xwin Dreadhorn built around
Vortex, the spinning attack. The video shows the tree at 32 points, around level 15. 0:50 - Vortex starts as a dash that spins through enemies. Early on the video took
Repeating Vortex to cast it twice and scaled Strike Damage. 1:46 - That setup could not beat the Goblin King. Vortex has to hit up close, and the boss's slam lands right on top of it. 2:04
- After a respec the build uses
Twister. Vortex stops dashing, you steer the spin as you move, and it lasts 4 seconds. The points move from Strike Damage to Bleeding. 2:34 - The tree stacks Vortex Bleeding, maximum Bleeding and Bleeding duration, and ends in
Blood in the Water for more Critical Chance on targets with 10 or more Bleeding. 3:02 - The next planned pick is
Harvesting Charge, so
Cornu Charge can stun enemies that carry a lot of Bleeding. 3:20
Heavy Strike, learned from a spellbook, is what the video uses on bosses. Charge it to interrupt their big attacks. Vortex cannot be cancelled once it starts, so pick your moment. 4:23- The video plays on normal difficulty and still finds it hard. 8:37
- In a fight you charge in, start spinning and dodge the big hits while the Bleeding does the killing. The video clears Goblin Cave packs this way. 5:19
- A respec at Rahaner in the guild hall costs 31 gold for the whole tree here. The video tries
Stable Vortex against
Gotburg The Burned, applies only 5 Bleeding, and goes back to Twister. 6:38

Notes from the video
- The Vortex tooltip in the video shows 20 Stamina, 2 Bleeding and Strike Damage. The game files give the same Stamina and Bleeding. They give an 8 second cooldown, while the tooltip reads 7.7 seconds. 1:50
Repeating Vortex,
Stable Vortex and Twister lock each other out, so a Vortex takes only one of them. The game files agree. 2:50- In the game files, Twister stops Vortex from dashing and lets you move while it spins. The effect lasts 4 seconds. 2:40
- The respec screen shows 1 free point and 31 gold to refund all 32 points. The game files charge 1 gold per refunded point and give 1 free refund per level gained. 6:52
- The trainer screen shows level 15 at 7:05. That level gives 28 tree points, so the 32 spent include 4 boss points. The video does not say which bosses. 7:05
- The spell bar has
Cornu Charge on Q,
Vortex on E,
Heavy Strike on R,
Flaming Strike on F and
Vanishing Strike on T. 4:45 - At 0:24 the character screen shows level 15 and eight worn pieces: the rune, under-coat, belt, charm, both rings and both amulets. The tile colours give the rarity: one amulet is Rare, the other seven pieces are Uncommon. Both badge slots and both bracer slots are empty. No tooltip is opened, so the sets and stats are unknown. The pet slot is empty. 0:24
Not shown in the video
The video does not show these, so this guide leaves them out.
- The gear sets and stats. Eight pieces are worn at 0:24, but no tooltip opens: every 0.5 s of the video was read with text recognition, and the character screen (0:15-0:40 and 8:32-8:35) never shows an item tooltip or names a set.
- The attributes to aim for. The trainer screen at 7:05 shows where the points went, but the video does not talk about them.
- How the Gotburg fight ends after the switch back to Twister.
